Processing Time

We prepare your order within 24 hours after payment is confirmed. As soon as your parcel is on its way, we’ll email you a tracking link.

Shipping Times

Delivery to Spain: 7–12 business days.
Delivery to Italy: 7–12 business days.

Please note that delivery times are estimates. Customs clearance, carrier delays, or other circumstances beyond our control may occasionally affect these timeframes.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size. Any applicable customs duties or import charges will be shown at checkout where available.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number by email so you can follow your parcel’s journey.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your order hasn’t arrived within the estimated delivery window, please contact us at support@ymselect.com and we’ll look into it for you.

Incorrect Address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We cannot be responsible for orders sent to an incorrectly provided address, but we’re always happy to help where we can.
