What shipping methods do you offer?
We ship all orders via tracked standard shipping. Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number so you can follow your package every step of the way.
How long will it take to get my package?
We prepare your order within 24 hours. Once dispatched, delivery to Spain and Italy usually takes 7–12 business days. As soon as your parcel is on its way, we’ll email you a tracking link.
Do you ship internationally?
We currently ship to Italy and Spain. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout based on your delivery address. We're working on adding more countries soon.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards including Visa, Mastercard, and American Express, as well as PayPal and other payment options available at checkout. All transactions are secured with SSL encryption.
